- What is the cost, the real cost. Not just the room and board cost, but the rate for everything. That means fitness classes, educational classes, snacks, activities, transportation. Create your budget for this experience and make sure the bottom line is in-line with what you want to spend in total. Ask what’s included and what’s extra so there are no surprises.
- What is a typical day like at the fitness camp? Do you do y0ur own thing? Do you follow a schedule? How often will you be with staff?
- What are you wanting to get out of the experience? Write down your goals and make sure the fitness camp is aligned with what you want to achieve (physically and mentally).
- Where do you want to be and what do you want to do? The beach, the mountains? A farm, urban? Do you want to travel abroad or stay closer to home? Factor in your flight to the cost and think about what activities you’d like to try.
